When you visit, our hosting and security providers process technical information such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and to protect the forms from spam. Our website analytics do not use cookies and do not identify you personally.
How we use it
- To reply to your message or request.
- To tell you about agent briefings, if you asked to hear about them.
- To send occasional updates, only if you agreed to receive them. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share it with
- Brevo, which stores contact details and sends our email.
- Cloudflare, which hosts this site, keeps the details you send through our forms so our team can follow up, filters spam on our forms and provides privacy-focused analytics.
- Our email provider, which receives form messages.
- The program’s partners, when you ask us to connect you with them, and only what’s needed for that.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep contact details while we’re in touch with you and for a reasonable period afterward, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time. You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, through our contact form or by phone at 408‑655‑9296. California residents have these rights, among others, under the California Consumer Privacy Act to the extent it applies to us, and we won’t treat you differently for using them.
Children
This website is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
